We do not permanently store the content of the data you process through our local redaction engines unless explicitly configured by you for logging, training, or audit purposes.

NymAI does not guarantee that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that the redaction capabilities will detect all sensitive information in every context. You acknowledge that you are responsible for validating the output of the Services before transmitting it to third-party LLMs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NymAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
